The past week was very much up and down, I started the week determined to make this work and as the week went on it got harder to make the ‘diet’ stick.
My mum visited and not only does that mean bad eating it means stress eating (🙈) PLUS – we went to a Halloween party and I ate a billion brownies.
I still managed a loss and that’s great, I think it goes to show how well it would have turned out if I kept it up all week so it makes me excited to get back at it this week and see better results.
