Weight loss Wednesday – Week One.

I’ve been over weight for as long as I can remember but since having Pops I’m the biggest I’ve ever been and the most unhappy about how I look. 

It’s time I sort myself out. 

Today starts a new chapter, one where I think about what and how much I eat and do more exercise  (shouldn’t be hard 🙈)

Hi there – wishing you every success this week as you begin to lose that baby weight 🙂 I remember it all too well but can also say I found it the easiest time to lose extra weight too so hopefully you can draw some comfort from that. Exercising for 30 minutes a day (twice a day) seemed to work for me and as I blogged last week – I used to love OzAerobics which was on twice a day on SkySports so it fitted perfectly.
