Weight Loss Wednesday – Week Four.

Gain + 2 lbs 

I’m not surprised it’s a gain but I am a little shocked at how much. I knew after being in London I would have put on but I really thought I could bring it back since being home… although when I really think about it I haven’t been eating that great. 

I have, however, started doing exercise of an evening when Pop’s has gone to bed… so that’s a start. 

This next week I’m going to look at portions and start reducing how much I’m putting on my plate.
