Mad beauty review.

Mad beauty have a great range of products at the moment from their Disney to their Christmas bits and they were amazing enough to send us a mix of things and they are all SO cute.

I think my favourite things out of the lot were the hand sanitisers, they are so cute and come in handy – especially with a toddler. The Christmas theme and scent are adorable and I don’t really think you can go wrong with things like this because it’s so usefull.

I was sent this beautiful Alice in wonderland inspired pallete. The packaging itself is amazing!

At first I thought it was going to be really bright and out there because when you think of Alice you think of things that are a bit nuts but this was so pretty and neutral. I’m not the best at makeup but these seem like colours you can’t really go wrong with.

Adorable gingerbread couple lip gloss, I am going to be giving these to Pops because she loves lip gloss and she’s already seen them and claimed them haha. I’m pretty sure it’s vanilla lip balm (I can’t remember don’t quote me) but I would have loved them to go all out with the theme and been gingerbread scented.

I love bath bombs and although these were a bit plain in colour and wasn’t that exciting to watch fizz they smelled really nice (the smell lasted through the bath too) and it did feel soft and silky in the water. I love that they look really festive and although the double wrap was a bit hard to get through it will keep it fresher for longer.

Disney themed hand set, this little set is perfect for winter with the warmer and hand cream and I love the colours. It all goes so nicely with the little makeup bag they sent too.

This is the hand cream I’ve been using in the evenings since it arrived. I love having a hand cream near by because when I get dry hands I tend to bite my nails more. I kinda expected a minty smell because of the packaging but it’s spiced apple, still really nice and festive. I think they could have saved on packaging though, big box for a little hand cream.

I think alot of what I was sent has been designed with younger people in mind but this cracker is something alot more grown up and could be bought for anyone. I’ve not gone inside to smell it but I love that it’s cranberry scented and can’t wait to Crack it open -pun intended.

And the award for most christmassy item goes to these! Bauble lip gloss. Does it get any cuter? I love the idea of these… the only thing I wish was different was the scent. It’s vanilla when it should be something christmas!

Overall I was really impressed with the stuff I was sent, they would make the cutest stocking fillers or secret santa gifts and are really decent prices. I do think alot of the bits are aimed at younger people and people that love cute and kitsch stuff so if you like more plain and simple things you won’t find much.
Have you had Mad beauty items before?
I’ve also been opening the 12 days advent on our instagram so pop over and check out what I’ve got so far.

We were sent these items to review but all opinions are our own.

  1. I love the Alice in Wonderland themed goodies. I’m already thinking about next Christmas & how nice they would be.
