Weight loss Wednesday –  Week Eight.

Losing weight is so much harder then putting it on. Why? I can put on about 5 lbs in one weekend and it can take forever to lose it… sound familiar?

Loss – 4 lbs (as of 9/12)

I feel really positive about what I’m doing now, weight loss wise. I still have the odd relapse day when I have something I shouldn’t but I’ve started to make sure I make up for that on other days, plus, exercise.

By exercise I mean moving more, getting out the house more and not sitting down as much as I usually would. I could do more.

I wasn’t hopeful for a loss this week and I managed it and that’s great but I don’t want that to be how I lose weight so over the next couple of weeks I’m going to work that bit harder.

 

How are you doing? What’s your favourite healthy snack? (I need some ideas)

  1. I’m finding it impossible to lose weight, partly because of meds I’m on. I recently had bloods done that showed I have an underactive thyroid – I’m hoping now I’m on meds for that it’ll help me lose a bit easier!

  2. It’s such a hard thing…., I’ve been trying for ages now to drink more water every day but just can’t manage to do it…. I think in han I will challenge myself to drink at least 2L aday !!!!!! Apparently that’s also supposed to help with weight loss…. Do you drink enough throughout the day ??

    1. I drink nowhere near as much as I used to before having Pops. I find it easier to drink more water if I’ve got a bottle close by!
