I spent the majority of this week in London and Im never very good food wise there.
So much for me getting back on track. The hardest thing has been snacking this past week. I constantly need to snack and haven’t managed to break that habit just yet.
Over the next week I’m going to focus on reducing the snacks and sticking to 3 meals a day – Wish me luck!
