My weight loss journey.
I ate way too much over Christmas (I’m sure we all did) so I’ve decided to get back into regular weight loss posts (every Friday). Hopefully it gives me the kick up the bum I need.
I went up about 4 or 5 lbs over Christmas and although I’ve managed to get them back off I’m struggling to get any more off. All i want to do is snack and I cant shake my sugar cravings.
